Tommy Carroll – Executive Vice President & Director

Tommy Carroll is the Executive Director of the Southeastern Wood Producers Association, bringing with him more than 37 years of experience in the timber harvesting industry. 10 of those years he spent as a foreman for Union Camp Corporation’s timber harvesting crews. Later, he worked as a wood yard manager.
For the next 15 years, Tommy was a harvesting compliance coordinator with Canal Wood Corporation. This position placed an emphasis on safety and environmental compliance programs with Canal's timber harvesting contractors, as well as company facilities throughout the Southeastern United States and Midwestern United States.
Tommy began work for the SWPA in 2001 first as Education Director; he became the Executive Director in 2007. Tommy served as chairman of the Georgia Forestry Association's Logging and Transportation Committee from 1996 to 2000 and currently sits on Georgia’s SFI Statewide Implementation Committee and Logger Education Committee.
Pam Bennett – Operations Coordinator

Pam Bennett is the Operations Coordinator of the Southeastern Wood Producers Association and works primarily out of the Hilliard office. Pam, and husband Rusty, are an integral part of the association and her husband is behind the scenes a lot of times helping with the away events.
Pam began working for the SWPA in 2007 first as Administrative Assistant; she became the Operations Coordinator in 2016. Pam really enjoys the association and says the annual meeting is like a family reunion.
